Complaint Policy

If you have an issue regarding any of your dealings with East X LLP, you may write to our compliance department, or you can telephone or email the Firm.

Your compliant will be handled in accordance with the Firm’s internal complaints procedure.

Investors classified as eligible complainants in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules (“Eligible Complainants”) may obtain a copy of the Firm’s complaints procedure by contacting the compliance department.

Financial Ombudsman Service

If an Eligible Complainant is dissatisfied with the Firm’s response, in certain circumstances they may refer the case directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
